We have purchased from the room place twice now and have experienced nothing but excellence. Our sales man Ezekiel was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and walked us through all of our options. He is the standard for what a salesman should be. I never once felt pressured to buy something and no papers were shoved my way until I was absolutely certain I had the exact right furniture for me. He even made sure I was well aware of all discounts which was highly appreciated. If you find yourself in need of any furniture the room place is a great place to start looking. Make sure u ask for Ezekiel!!

I Was Back & Forth About What Mattress I Wanted and She Was Able to Find The Perfect One For Me! She Deserves a Raise! It was amazing working with Veronica. She was very patient and suggested a lot of good ideas. She also took her time explaining the different credit cards and programs offered here at The Room Place. She helped us find items that were in our price range and even provided the possibilities of payments depending upon the type of credit card and terms of that card. She additionally helped us reserve our total price for furniture by allowing us to opt into the price lock feature here at The Room Place. Veronica had great service and should be recommended for a raise immediately.

I bought a new leather couch from this store. The saleswoman was absolutely amazing and the couch was beautiful. Unfortunately I made the decision to let them deliver it. When the delivery guys unwrapped it, they sliced a hole in the side of it. I immediately took a picture and called customer service. Their sales contract states that if you report damage within three days, they will repair, replace or discount the damaged item. The customer service person was very nice, but repeatedly put me off, saying she was waiting for a decision from their repair people about what they could do. First it was 48 hours, then she said wait two weeks, now a month later, I contacted her and she again repeated the lie that they are waiting for someone else to make a decision about my couch. So disappointed! Buyer beware! This is not a reputable business!

We are so happy with our purchase of a sectional couch. The process was easy and the customer service from Angel was amazing, she really made sure everything was right before we left. We had a hiccup in the payment process but it was easily fixed and the lady who helped me out over the phone was very helpful and nice. The delivery was as promised, quick and easy set up. The delivery guys came at the exact ETA the tracker estimated and set everything up in less than 15 minutes. We would definitely buy from here again!

Update: this company has not responded some two hours later after they claim “they would like to investigate the issue and care about our situation” yeah no response. This company is awful don’t by anything from here with out having clear written information because they will screw you and tell basically sorry about your luck you signed the papers. If I could give zero stars I would. We recently purchased and INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE mattress from the room place, we worked with a saleswoman who seemed very nice and sat with us after hours even to help, she pitched us this deal for 60months no interest on this stupidly overpriced bed. We thought hey that sounds like a great deal, 5 years no interest at $X dollars per month why not? So we go through the purchase and back and fourth with the saleswoman who even was texting us exactly How much we were financing how much our payment would be etc. get the first statement from the finance company the payment is DOUBLE what we were told in the store. This place is crooked and a joke. I reached out to the salesperson we worked with and no response. This store is not a good place to shop. Do not buy anything from this place if you can help it.
